The PAT BuddAI 4U platform, including all features, tools, and applications accessible via our website, mobile applications, and APIs.

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, whether as a contractor, business client, or visitor.

"Account"

A registered user profile on the Service with unique login credentials.

"Content"

All data, information, text, images, certificates, test results, and other materials uploaded to or generated by the Service.

"Subscription"

A paid access plan to the Service with specified features and limitations.

"Effective Date"

The date when these Terms become binding, typically when you first use the Service.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

2.2 Account Types

We offer different account types with varying permissions:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Services & Acceptable Use

3.1 Service Description

PAT BuddAI 4U provides:

AI-guided PAT testing procedures
Certificate generation and management
Compliance tracking and reporting
Equipment asset management
Scheduling and route optimization
Document storage and retrieval
Mobile testing applications

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Upload malicious software or viruses
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Generate false or misleading test certificates
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Transmit spam or unauthorized advertising

While PAT BuddAI 4U assists with PAT testing procedures, ultimate responsibility for compliance with IET Code of Practice and other regulations remains with you, the user. We provide tools, not professional advice.

Fees & Payments

4.1 Subscription Fees

Our current pricing structure:

4.2 Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
Automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days before renewal
Late payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically within 30 days

                            Price Changes
                        

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will be notified of any changes to their subscription fees at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will meet your specific requirements
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Service will be corrected

6.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAT BuddAI 4U Ltd shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
Damages related to unauthorized access or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for 30 days
Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties shall attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under LCIA Rules
Litigation: Either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of England and Wales

                            Jurisdiction
                        

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, England, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Acceptance of Terms

I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between me and PAT BuddAI 4U Ltd.

I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my personal information as described therein.
